3. The mentee has 15 seconds to think — then improvises for 60-90s as if it were a real interview
4. They MUST use the required expressions naturally — that's the challenge
5. Use "Translate" buttons only when truly stuck — try to stay in English
6. After their answer, give feedback: clarity, structure, naturalness, expression use
7. Switch roles: you answer occasionally and they identify what worked
